what is the minimum dead time in F28035?

I use TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT(F28035).

Default dead time register is 200(2us).

As title, How much can I reduce dead time in F28035?

In this kit, dead time is chosen based on the power module (IPM). If you want to use lower than 2.0uS, then you can do so by reducing this count. You can go as low as 0.01us. Refer to the tech ref manual

Is it no problem to reduce the dead time from 2us to 0.01us?
Default deadband value is 'pwm1.Deadband = 2.0*SYSTEM_FREQUENCY' // 120 counts -> 2.0 usec
Can i change like this 'pwm1.Deadband = 1'?
It measn that dead time is 0.0166us.

Yes, but you have to make sure that you are selecting a dead band that your inverter switches need. If you give more deadband than needed, it will distort the output voltage but no danger to the inverter itself. Whereas, if you give lesser deadband than needed, then it may heat up the inverter switches and may damage it.
