Hello,

I wondered if the TMS320F28027 and the MotorWare offer some kind of Low Power and or Sleep Mode while the motor is not used?

If so are there some points to consider when bringing the motor control back up from sleep?

    MotorWare does not offer any power reduction mode as it is only a development kit for motor control examples. Please take a look in ControlSUITE for low power mode (lpm) examples under "C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2802x\v230\f2802x_examples_drivers."

    For motor control, when bringing it back from sleep, I would ensure that you do not re-enable the PWM module until you are ready to start control, and that you enable the ADC/PWM clocks appropriately BEFORE re-enabling the PWM outputs.
