The GUI composer of Instaspin Motion won't connect to EVM board with error below:

Restarting Program Model...

This is a brand new EVM board bought from Mouser with default chip jumper setting.

I connect 48V to PVDD and and connect USB cable from Window 10 PC to J1 and run Instaspin Motion GUI composer.

Please help to advice what did I miss out.

It seems the emulator was not connected properly, please check whether the emulator drive for PC install properly, and the switcher on controlCard is right as .SW1(UP-UP),SW2(DOWN-DOWN),SW3(UP-UP). Please refer to below two posts to find more answer on the similar question.

The error wont happen if wait long enough to make sure the emulator is connected to PC before run the GUI Composer, thank you.

Per error message, the emulator didn't connect successfully, 1. Check the windows drive in Device Manger of Windows Computer Management, you will find the "Texas Instruments Debug Probes" in the list. 2. Check the switch of SW3 is all ON/UP for on-board emulator connection.
