LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Cannot find USB Serial Port (COMxxx)

Dear all,

I am now using motorware_1_01_00_18 with LAUNCHXL-F28069M.

I followed the GUI Quick Start Guide: InstaSPIN UNIVERSAL at  C:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18\docs\guis\universal.

I cannot find USB Serial Port (COMxxx) and TI XDS100 Channel A and B when plugging my board into my PC. (as expected shown in Fig. 4 of the guide)

What I can find it the one shown in the following screen capture.

I hope that someone can give me some hits. Thank you very much.
