By the way do you have a base document which you started with? Is it available on the web ?

We cannot release that yet. It will be released by the end of October. For now, there is a good amount of information in the Diagnostic Library User's Guide, as well as the STA User's Guide. Also, please review the STA source code for help as well.

Hi Hideaki,

The App Note should be out within 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, we have found a bug in the HWBIST code. The code released in 1_00_00_00 of the diagnostic version is still functional and will achieve 95% coverage. However, the code to achieve 99% coverage is not actually achieving that coverage.

The App Note will reflect the correct implementation of the code which will available in the next diagnostic release. This date is to be determined.
