We have purchased this part number from Avnet and supplied to our customer.
But our customer got back to me asking technical support about this product.
***As for your reference, I do have attached docuement showing details such as graph showing values.
I will attach file once I get response since i do not have option to attach from here***
Summary
- Found that some DSPs(I/O pins) were unstable in our system when the power supplied the system.
- Please let us know unstable DSPs are normal or false
SCI error
1. Test of Swapping the DSP → The test result was changed after changing Error DSP to normal DSP in Card System.
2. When initial Power(5V) supplied the card system, I found that some I/O pins were unstable in case of false DSPs.
Could you please check with TI and explain in details about this issue?
Daniel,
I regret the details provided about the problem is insufficient to begin any meaningful debug. I/O pins were "unstable" does not convey much. Could you please ask the end-customer to provide a clear summary of exactly what is happening? Attachments of oscilloscope plots would be very useful.
