TMDXIDDK379D: How to communicate with IDDK using I2C or SPI?

Hi, I've just received the DesignDrive IDDK and have begun experimenting with it. I would like to communicate with the board from an external board using I2C or SPI. What is the recommended way of doing this? Maybe the board-to-board connector on the control card? Or maybe the other control card slots?

Hi Mark,

You could use ControlCard interfaces for your communication purposes.
Please refer to www.ti.com/.../sprui76.pdf or the documentation corresponding to the controlCard you are planning to use.
External connector, J9, can be used to connect the controlCARD to another board. The ability to connect
up to EMIF2, SPI-C, I2C-A, and 2 GPIO are provided.

Thanks Bharathi. Do you know of a cable that connects to J9 for easy prototyping? Sorry, I know more about software than hardware.
