TMS320F2812: What is opcode for "Branch to current location"? What is code for ESTOP0?

Part Number: TMS320F2812

I'm using the F2812. I'd like to fill RAM with an instruction that branches to itself, so that if I jump into an unused area, the code will just stop till I tell the emulator to break. I'm also thinking of filling it with emulator breaks (ESTTOP0) so it will stop itself if the emulator is attached. Can someone tell me what the codes are for these two instructions?
