I am sorry, but I am unable to find example you mentioned (LED + DCSM) in C2000 for f28004x DSP (only LED without password protection). Such example should be a great help for me.

I found it. So to summarize, I can do following (please correct me if I am wrong):

1. I copy 28004x_dcsm_lnk.cmd,  f28004x_dcsm_z1otp.asm and f28004x_dcsm_z2otp.asm from this example to my project

2. Uncomment all of the the .long words in both asm files

3. Change B0_ZxOTP_CSMPSWDx to desired password words

4. Remove all "type = DSECT" from 28004x_dcsm_lnk.cmd  linker file

...and password protection shuld be working. Am I right?

I suggest uncommenting ony the .longs which you need and only removing the DSECT from the sections you need.

Also, double check before flash/programming this since it is OTP.
