TMS320F28377D: ADC gain and offset drift over temperature

Hi,

I would like to know the ADC gain and offset drift over temperature for 28377D. I cannot find them in the datasheet. Are numbers similar to 280x or 281x as specified here, 50 pmm and +-4 LSBs? www.ti.com/.../spraad8a.pdf

Hi Chengcheng,

The overall gain and offset is very much improved on F2837x devices vs 280x and 281x.

The min/max specifications in the datasheet include temperature drift.

The delta between TYP and MIN/MAX is mostly due to temperature drift, so you can use that to estimate the temp. co if desired.
