CCS/TMS320F28377D: CPU2 much slower than CPU1

Hi,

I'm using a launchpad for TMS320F28377D with code composer studio 6.2.0.

I got my 2 core application copying two time the example buffdac_sine_cpu1 and editing them.

But I have that the cycle time CPU2 is many times slower than CPU1 (I am blinking two different leds, one for each CPU, and I can see the big difference).

I'm thinking that I have two different CPU clock but I don't now how it can happen.

Hi Salvador,

The 2 cpus ran at the same speed. How did you come to the conclusion cpu2 is slower? What code are you running on each cpu?

Hi Frank,
I did not realize that there were cycles within the functions
//maxOutput_lsb = getMax();
//minOutput_lsb = getMin()
