CCS/TMS320F28335: How to watch spectrogram graph from the FFT analysis result in project "F2833x Real FFT with ADC Input (Real-time)"

Hi,

I'm using Code Composer Studio(CCS) 5.3.0.00090
And I find a example project called "F2833x Real FFT with ADC Input (Real-time)" from controlSUITE
Here are the example file(s) for this project:「C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\dsp\FPU\v120\examples_ccsv4\2833x_RFFT_ADC_RT」

My question is, how to plot "FFT amplitude-frequency diagram" and "FFT phase-frequency diagram" with CCS graph Tool?
I mean the spectrogram graph X-axis indicate frequency(HZ) and Y-axis indicate amplitude or phase(degree).

And can I watch specific frequency's amplitude or phase from the FFT analysis result in Expressions?
For example, I can see the frequency 60Hz amplitude is 5 and phase is 30 in Expressions.

Please tell me any method to watch spectrogram graph with CCS, and how can I monitoring a specific frequency in Expressions.
