Hello, I have a question.

Can you tell me why the following description was deleted on the TMS320F2802x data sheet (SPRS523K)?

Section 5.3 (Recommended Operating Conditions): Removed "VDDIO and VDDA should be maintained within 0.3 V of each other" footnote.

Upon startup, until XRS rises and exceeds the threshold, Is there no requirement for the power-up sequence of VDDIO and VDD?

Correct. There is no sequencing requirement.
