In table 5-48 of the F280049 data manual (SPRS945A), the VREFHI input current is listed as 130uA typical. What is the MAX value that we should work with? If the MAX is not 100% fully characterized yet, can you provide data from a fully characterized device (such as F2837x), using its VREFHI data (i.e. TYP=A, MAX = B). If there is some nonlinearity to contend with when ADC inputs are > VDDA, you can exclude that case (use case of <=VDDA for all inputs).
Also it is assumed that this value is for each VREFHI.
