I have a problem with LAUNCHXL-F28379D during working with ccs7 and MATLAB 2016b in external mode

the error is :

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If
error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try
more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
I tried to run this launchpad with MATLAB and again this error was observed. Additionally, the blue LED ,which shows the trend of running a program on the board, is lit and the reset button  does not work.

Hi,

Did you check with CCS sample project from controlSuite/C2000ware, does it work there or do you get a similar error?

hi dear Gautam,
yes , I checked it with different CCS samples and this error was observed again.

Can you do a Test Connection under Target Configuration window in CCS? Check if the debugger is fine. Do share the Test report.

Above you mention that you're using LAUNCHXL-F28379D hardware - why do I see TMS320F28377D.ccxml target config file? Have you selected the correct device?
