Hallo,

I am working with a project for TMS320F28335, and can create a .out-file.

But I fail in connecting the device with BH-USB-510L.

I get this message: see attached file!

Blackhawk support says, that my device has no support for "energy trace", but I have no idea, where this comes from!

Any idea?

The Target configuration shows this: see attached file!

Pressing the "Test connection" button, shows that there are no errors in connection!

I had the same problem with an older versin of CCS was 6.1.3 or ???

Hallo,

in the case ....558115 is not really a solution recognizable.

I have a very simular setting in an other project, this is working properly.

I checked all settings in two diff. build configurations, one for FLASH, one for RAM (debugging).

The compiling is working properly in both settings.

In the second project, the hardware download with BH-510L is working properly.

In the failed project I 'ant look into the "Code Composer Studio - Advanced Tools - EnergyTrace Technology" settings, because I get the same Error message.

Hi Chrostopher,
I compared again a working project with this one I have the issue with EbergyTrace.
And I found a very simple solution to resolve my issue:
I deleted the folder "...........\.metadata\.plugins\com.ti.dvt.energytrace"
This solves my problem and I can now transfer the program into the hardware via BH-510L
