Dear team,

is there a reference design for the level shifting necessary on the uPP (TMS320F28379D: 3.3 V logic, C6657: 1.8 V logic)? Or at least, can you recommend suitable level shifters? Are there any pitfalls that we must avoid?

    Peter,

    There's nothing too tricky with choosing a level shifter.

    For ease of bounding timing skew between signals, it would be best to use a single level shifter. So if you are using all 8 data bits, you can filter for shifters with at least 11 bits (8 data + clk + start + enable). Then you can filter for operating frequency.

    I think you'll find a reasonably short list after filtering.
