I'm using DSP28377 to drive DRV8301 Motor Driver BoosterPack，it has been tested that DSP can output PWM waveforms.but there is no current.

Can you give me a configuration routines?

Did you enable the DRV8301 by setting the EN_GATE pin to high? And configure the resister correctly? There is some example projects in controlSUITE or motorware, you can download both utilities and refer to them.
