About XDS110 and XDS100v2 Question

Hi Team,

Looks low cost JTAG probe XDS100v2 of XDS100 family.
May I know difference between XDS110 and XDS100v2? How to buy suitable JTAG probe for me? Thanks.

  • Hi,

XDS110 is a Debug Probe that supports multiple standards and target board pinouts and replaces the two XDS100 families: XDS100v2 and XDS100v3.

It supports both JTAG, ARM SWD and cJTAG (used by certain Microcontrollers) and comes with a complete set of pin adapters (TI 14-pin, ARM Cortex 10-pin and 20-pin).

Specifically for F28x, it supports all devices including F28M3x (ARM + F28x) and dual core F2837xD.

Details can be seen at http://www.ti.com/xds110

    Regards,
    Rafael
