Hi Li-Feng,

TMS320F28035 is not a Instaspin enabled part. You can find the same here: www.ti.com/.../instaspin-foc_MCUs.shtml
As for F28035 libraries for motor control, you can find the same here: C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\app_libs\motor_control
