TMS320F28234: The sink/source current versus temperature.

Hi champs,

According to F28234 datasheet, the maximum sink/source current is 4mA of GPIO pins.

Where can we find the data about the maximum sink/source current versus temperature? Please advise your comments, thanks for help.

    Luke,

    I am not sure which way to interpret your question.  

    1. Are you asking if the device can source more or less current depending on its operating temperature?
      1. The maximum sink/source current is the same across all of the device's temperature range.

    2. Or are you asking how much the device will be heated while sourcing/sinking current.
      1. I don't know of any data that we publish on how much the device will be heated by sourcing/sinking current.

    Does that answer your question? Does a customer have a need for this data?
