Hi,

i want to make epwm3 as master rather than epwm1 so i can sync epwm4 with  epwm3 and  epwm1 should be independent. when i am doing in same way  with ewm3 as mentioned in Technical Reference Manual it is not synchronizing.

    Navneet,

    is there a good reason why you have selected the PWMs the way you have? The best thing for you to do is to select 2 PWMs that are in the same portion of the PWM sync chain. Look at Figure 16-8 in the TRM and try to choose PWMs that have sync signals connected between them.

    If you cant change PWMs you could disable the sync on ePWM1 and use the EXTSYNC1 to sync ePWM3 and ePWM4.

    thanks for support ,
    as per application EPWM1 AND EPWM2 has same frequency and EPWM3 and EPWM4 have another same frequency. so i want to syn EPWM3 and EPWM4 . EXTSYNC1 is for sync EPWM1 ,EPWM2, EPWM3 . so EPWM3 and EPWM4 are in different sync chain. but by applying
    The proper procedure for enabling ePWM clocks is as follows:
    1. Enable ePWM module clocks in the PCLKCRx register
    2. Set TBCLKSYNC= 0
    3. Configure ePWM modules
    4. Set TBCLKSYNC=1

    this procedure i able to sync EPWM3 and EPWM4.
