Hi team:

We need to process 9 channels of 16-bits ADC signal by FFT Algorithm, 

Signal format: single-ended sampling, sampling frequency is 100kHz, sampling time is 10us, record length t = 0.01s, Record points N=1024 or N=2048, Data collection and processing cycle is 1s.

Can the FFT processing speed reach the requirements?

    There is a lot of detail you'll have to work through, but it seems feasible based on your post.
    Assuming you change the record length so you have the right number of data points, a 2048 fixed point RFFT (for example) takes about 140,000 cycles, so at 200 MHz nine of them will complete in 6.3 ms. Using the four internal ADCs configured in 16-bit mode you could collect this amount of data in about 20 ms, so even allowing for moving the data completing everything in under 1 s seems comfortable.
