TMS320F28075: TMDXCNCD28075 Lead Free?

Part Number: TMS320F28075

I have a TMDXCNCD28075 controlCard that I'm developing with right now. The Mini USB adapter came off and I want to repair. The board doesn't say anything about being ROHS or lead free, I'm assuming it isn't. I do not want to contaminate our lead free equipment here and do not want to introduce lead to a potentially lead free part.

Is this part lead free?

All of the boards we manufacture today use lead-free solder, additionally the mini-USB adapter(H2959CT-ND) is also lead free. I am unsure at what point we switched to lead-free solder, but I expect that this device is using lead-free solder.

I will check and get you a concrete answer within a day or two.

this is lead free. All boards that we sell use lead-free solder. Occasionally we will have some components that are not lead free however the mini- USB adapter is question is 100% lead free!
