hi,

i designed my HVKit based on TI HVKit with f28027,

everything work fine except on problem that appear sometimes,

the motor spin correctly but sometimes when i command it to start spinning, it spin reversely with low speed(not the speed that i commanded).

this problem disappear when i turn off the whole system and plug the power off.

could anybody help me with it?

    Did you use InstaSPIN-FOC and enable force angle for startup? And did you meet the same issue on TI HVKIT also? Did you identify the same motor parameters on yourself board and TI HVKIT? If no, make sure the current and voltage sampling circuit is fine.

    yes, i am using InstaSPIN-FOC but the force angle is disable,

    no, i didn't test and meet this things on TI HVKIT because i didn't use it for a while,

    and yes, i identify the same motor parameters and the current and voltage sampling circuit is working fine
