XDS100 USB to Serial problem

Hello,

 

We use the XDS100v1 reference design on our board with a controlCARD F28335 Rev1.1(R24 removed)  and the JTAG interface works like a charm with CCS4.1. Not so the USB to serial part. The USB Serial Port is registert in windows and i can connect to it, and i receive data everytime i send it from the dsp. The problem is that the data is not the same that was transmitted by the dsp, the SCI_echoloopback program for example put this to the terminal (CCS4.1 Terminal):

Now maybe i am missing the obvious, cause i'm quite new to this topic, but i cant imagine what could be wrong here. Any ideas on this?
