Hi Sagar,

Can you try to plug into a different USB port on your computer?

I have seen a few instances where a handful of USB ports have generated an issue like this several years ago.  In the specific computer where I saw this occur, the USB port that had an issue was colored red, and the other USBs on that PC where blue (and they worked fine). 

You can also try to update CCS and specifically the emulator component within it - it may update the FTDI/xds100v2 driver (which may also fix this for you).

I think F2232hl Ftdi chip gone into Suspend Mode at the time of programming through Fprog. How to go into normal mode from suspend mode.

Perhaps this state is something being generated from the PC side.  Have you tried different USB ports?

      I have tried with others USB port.But no luck. The problem is F2232HL is gone into Suspend mode.I dont know how to go into normal mode from suspend mode.

Thanks.  Please note that I am not 100% confident that your issue is a controlCARD issue.  I feel the root cause may be a Windows setting.  This is because the computer typically is in charge of deciding what USB ports to suspend (not the device).

I've got one other thought based on this:
Can you try disabling your computer's USB selective suspend setting?  And then unplug & try again?

Knowing that another controlCARD works is helpful information.  And this card that works is also a F28075 controlCARD kit? 

Has the controlCARD, whose FTDI is current in suspend, ever worked correctly?

Our group doesn't have detailed knowledge with respect to the FTDI device, its supporting circuitry, and its firmware.  If the emulation circuitry hasn't ever worked, I suspect a board assembly issue or an FTDI failure - and our next path should be to work toward getting you a replacement.

Yes It has same controller.

Thanks.  The theory you mentioned earlier in the post may be correct, but regardless something strange happened here.

I would recommend working with the distributor you bought this kit from in order to get a replacement.  In that communication, please feel free to reference this thread.
