TMS320F2810: AC Induction Motor Running with Sensored FOC

Part Number: TMS320F2810

Hello,

I am controlling AC Induction Motor in Sensored FOC Mode. DSP used in this project is TMS320F2810.

Induction motor which i`m using is high speed one up to 12000 RPM.

I`m able to run induction motor up to 12000 RPM in NO Load condition with Sensored FOC with out any issue & it`s taking nominal current.

Now, "IDRef" which is reference value for ID Loop needs to be reduced when we are going above rated speed of the motor. which i`m doing with a field weakening algorithm.

When i`m loading motor up to it`s full capacity (24Nm), my drive is taking higher current then it`s specified rated current.

I`m able to run the same motor with V/F Control algorithm within rated current limit.

please suggest me how to set IDRef according to RPM?

Is it possible that for any RPM IDRef value is different for Load & NO Load Condition.

Is IDRef Value related to load on the motor?
