CCS/TMDSEMU110-U: Code Composer and XDS110 useable with free license?

Good morning guys,

as the XDS100 is marked as deprecated and the new XDS110 was suggested as a newer model, I have a question about the CCS licence.

The XDS100 was usable with the free license of CCS. Is the XDS110 also usable with this free license?
