TMS320F28375D: Power Supply Operating Range

Dear TI,


We are using TMS320F28375D DSP in our design. As per datasheet device operating voltage range VDDIO of DSP is 3.14V to 3.47.

What could be the behavior of DSP, if this voltage VDDIO reduced to 3.0V?

    Dushyant,

    Device performance is not guaranteed below recommended operating voltage range. Also, if the VDDIO goes lower than 3v it will generate a Device reset, since there is a BOR circuit inside the DSP acting as a Voltage supervisor.
