I am looking for a 6 Pack IGBT driver board for my inverter design (power range 20-25 kW) for traction application. It is a PMSM motor with peak power of 20 kW and operating voltage 300 V DC. I am curious to know if TI has a driver board that can run the 6 pack IGBT. The 300 V DC Source is from an accumulator built with Li Ion batteries in series. The IGBT specifications Ic=150 to 200 A, Vc=600V. I would like to know if the driver board has a pre-charge capacitor current control feature as well? I am looking at sensored (Resolver) FOC for this motor.
