TMS320F28069: F28069 and F28065 compatibility

We use F28069 and F28065 controllers. I have seen that a program created with target set as F28065 work for both F28069 and F28065, and this doesn't work for the reverse case.

Please tell me, by using F28065 program (until memory is available) for both F28065 and F28069 will there be issues in the operation and functionality?

    There should not be any issues. The F28069 is a superset of the F28065, the only significant difference being flash memory size (see the device comparison table in the datasheet). If required, your code can identify which device it is running on from the PARTID register.
