Hi  searching for a part with the attributes below

DSP functionality not require,   GPIO> 38 with interrupts,  small package size, I2c/SPI nice but not required, small package size with GPIO individually controlled (toggled). 

Also require a demo board. Searching TI data base large pin count components came up,  can you take a look
