TMS320F28377D: Access problem of global shared RAM in emulation mode

Part Number: TMS320F28377D

According to the TRM, only one of the CPU subsystem have the full access to the GSx RAM. However, in emulation mode, I found both of the CPU subsystem have write access. Is this OK?
