Choosing right C2000 or MSP430 for Motion Control, 14-16bit ADC, low signal Lock-in, LED Control

I need to help choosing the correct TI MCU that can do 3-axis stepper control, 14-16 Bit ADC, Lock-in or equivalent for low analog signals, LED drive, USB Hub, watch dog, minimal discretes or extra hardware.  Not sure of code space requirements yet probably low. Would be nice if it could do fairly simple VGA signal analysis.  Prefer C/C++ but open to alternatives.  This may not be possible on 1-chip so maybe an Analog MCU & Motion MCU.
