I wanted to make sure that the TMDSDOCK28035 is compatible with both the regular (TMDSCNCD28035) and isolated (TMDSCNCD28035ISO) controlCARDs.

Yes, the docking station is very much compatible with both the controlCards.

What Gautam has stated is correct.

Additionally, the DIMM dock can be used with any of the control cards.

Please note that some of the newer control cards have switched to an HSEC connector(Example Link), so I would recommend using the HSEC dock with those, but there is an adapter board(Adapter Link) so the newer boards can be used with a DIMM dock.
