TMS320F28069: Access to aes libraries

Hi team,

I have a customer that has submitted something I have not seen before nor can find talk of on e2e. In the project from controlSUITE v3.4.7, here  "C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2806x\v151\MWare\boot_loader". In the "bl_config.h" there is a comment that is shown in the attached screenshot:

Also in the project, in the third_party folder there is no "aes" folder included. The comments say its been excluded "for export restrictions" and to contact TI.

Can someone shed some light on how to get access to these AES libraries?
