TMS320F28033: TMS320F28033 temperature

Dears,

I am using  TMS320F28033 in OBC as PFC and LLC control.

Currently, I encountered a problem： in -40 degree centigrade. One of the ADC port set to zero (signal cannot be sampled). I test the input of this pin and the signal on this pin is correct. After I warmed up the chips, ADC could get signal correctly. 4 of 10 has this problem and I swap the chips between OK board to NG board. It doesn't happen.

My problem is: is that happened before? Does't has risk on ADC pin in low temperature scenario?

Could you please provide TMS320F28033  temperature test data? (Both high and low limitation temperature situation.)

    Could you please take a photograph of the good chip and the 4 suspected defective chips and post it?

    Please provide more information on the nature of the error.

    1. What was the input voltage on the ADC input pin and what was the conversion result?
    2. Is the error the same on all 4 failing units?
    3. Did you try conversion on any other ADC i/p pin?
    4. How do you heat/cool the device?

    0-3.3V

    2.Is the error the same on all 4 failing units?
    Yes

    3.Did you try conversion on any other ADC i/p pin?
    3 Channel ADC pins， one of them has this error. Different ADC pin fail of those 4 fail chips.

    4.How do you heat/cool the device?
    Temp Box. -125C

    Error happened on different pins. I swap the chips, error cured.

    TI-->Perhaps you misunderstood my question. I am asking about the specific input voltage that exhibited the problem and the converted value thereof. Please also provide the expected value and the VREFHI/VREFLO values.

    Yes

    TI-->Please confirm the magnitude of the error was the same on all 4 units and also state the magnitude.

    TI-->Are you saying you use a total of 3 ADC pins and only one channel shows this error? In other words, the specific ADC pin that shows an error is different in each one of the 4 devices and other ADC pins in those devices operate normally?
