CCS/TMS320F2812: TMS320x281x

As you may know, the F2812 is an older device. We have an F2812 workshop, but it was written in 2005 and used a Spectrum Digital eZdsp board (which might be the board you are using) with CCSv3.1. As a start to learn more about the device, I suggest looking at this workshop:

With that being said, our newest workshop uses CCSv7.3, however the workshop materials are based on the F28379D. The reason I am pointing this out to you is specifically for the CCS directions (that, is I am assuming you would want to use the latest version of CCS). Note that the workshop lab code is not compatible between the two devices. So, I suggest using the F2812 workshop to learn about the device, but referencing the F28379D workshop for lab directions specific to CCSv7 for the related steps (i.e. creating new project and CCS settings, etc.). You might try "Import Legacy CCS Project" in CCS, but you still might want to recreate each lab exercise.
