CCS/TMS320F28035: Generating pulses in EPWM mode

Hi, I'm trying to generate several (4 or 5) different width pulses with HRepwm module.

   However, the problem is, after these pulses, I want the program jumps to a stop and EPWM output to be 0V automatically. Is there a way of doing this? Thank you in advance.
