TMS320F28075: PTP package PowerPAD dimensions detail information

Hello Experts,

I'm looking for the more detail design information for PowerPAD dimensions for PTP package(176pin). As we are aware of it on page 180 of TMS320F2807x datasheet, we need more detail information to design our PCB pad layout. We will use -Q actually.

PZP package has SOLDER PASTE example. We need the same example also for PTP package.

Attached please find the pad/solder drawings you requested for the the 176-pin PTP package, same drawings are now being inserted into the corresponding datasheets.
