Dear Sir,
I have a query for FPU unit Processor. I want to ask that If the above processor has FPU unit so I am assuming that this processor is more precise in floating point calculation instead of IQ math. But If I go to the example given by TI for this processor, the examples use the IQ math maximum times.
So I am a little bit confused that should I have to start development using FPU unit or using IQ math while I am using per unit convention.
Even for motor control example for FPU based processor has IQ math calculation.
Please clear it for me.
