TMS320F28035: F28035 FLASH Erase time

Part Number: TMS320F28035

Hi Champion,

For F28035, if I use same code, is it erase time same? My customer test it and find it very different, do you have its range and what will influence its time?

    It should be the same. Can you check with the difference in the erase time esp. the min max time values that he's able to observe?

    Joe,

    the maximum flash erase time is listed in the datasheet. There are many factors that affect this number Voltage, Temperature, and process are all major factors. It is not surprising that you see a very different flash erase time than a customer with another setup.

    Note that the effects of these factors are non-linear and therefore are not simple to predict.
