My customers mass-produced using the F2837x 's internal VREG.
Since it is described that VREG can not be used in the data sheet, I understand that using VREG is out of guaranteed range of device operation.
Is there any information that internal REG will be unloaded due to future revision changes?
Since the customer's board is operating in the current configuration, if possible, the customer wants to use it in the previous design.

For this manual, it is described that VREG can be used. As below.
Therefore, when using VREG, I want information on how far it is acceptable.
For example, if the CPU is operating at 160 MHz, there is no problem if the temperature is within 85 ° C.
(My customers are using the CPU at 160 MHz.)

Please refer to section "5.7.1 Power Sequencing" in SPRS881C, it states "Internal VREG is not supported".
