Can TMS320F28062P pass 2 times reflow？

The max time it can stay in >240C, thanks.

Two times through reflow at 240C should be fine.

Piero,

That depends on the type of solder used and the re-flow profile of the oven that you are using. Typically the reflow temp time period (in your case 240C) is limited to around a minute or so.
