Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hi,
I'm not sure if this a CCS issue or uC limitation. The issue is when I set a breakpoint in an ISR (within the PIE vector table) I either A) see the entries disappear in views Variables, Expressions, and Registers, or B) loose control of the debug session entirely. I can't pause or restart the debug session. I have to restart CCS. It's not the end of the world if this is the only work around. But it makes me wonder if something else is going on here; or if there's an easy workaround.
Project details: I'm experimenting with the Delfin F28335 controlCARD. I started working from the controlSUITE v142 example project 2833xEcanA_to_B_Xmit. I created an API to abstract the details of sprueu1; largely to setup transmit, receive, and auto-reply mailboxes. Received data triggers CANA interrupt 0. CANA Interrupt 1 is disabled. All PIE9 interrupts are disabled except PIE9.5.
Also, I find it odd that I get a spurious interrupt on PIE9.1 when I set bit 9 of IER, after setting up CANA interrupts, and setup an auto-reply message box. Perhaps this is related. I did make note of the spurious interrupt in the errata.
