TMS320F28034: tW(RSL1) and tINTOSCST max data

Hello Experts,

We'd like to know the max value for below high lighted data.

I found on other e2e thread that these are NOT characterized and no data is available. But we have to set some max time to disassert external reset signal.

What is the recommended time to disassert reset signal?

Uchikoshi-san,
You are correct that these are not characterized parameters. Sufficient margin exists for these numbers such that –XRS is not released until the oscillator clock is stable.

Thank you for your reply.
Since we have to estimate the max start up time at power on, we need any the considerable max data for these data.
Can we have any data?

Uchikoshi-san,

Hope the attached datasheet number helps.

Oscillator MAX startup time is 30 uS (design estimate), but it is insignificant compare to the number above.
