You can download and install C2000 controlSUITE from the link as below.
www.ti.com/.../controlsuite

And then you can find the schematic in the folder as below
\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\~controlCARDs\CC2803xHWdevPkg_v2_0
or
\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\~controlCARDs\CC2803xISOHWdevPkg
