RTOS: RTOS/TMS320F28069: Possible to use RTOSINT in Non-TI-RTOS or Non Sys-Bios Project?

Original thread here - thought I was following instructions that are on the old read-only site:

The RTI registers either don't exist or are not exposed as they are in the Hercules parts and some of the other DSP families; and this SYS-BIOS structure doesn't appear to be getting filled (other than maybe pointing to some of the CPU Timers, like TIMER2):

But at the same time I would like to know how the RTOS INT can be used for the 'c28x family.  If there is an example project for the TMS320F28069 I can try that is using the RTOS INT that I can run I would appreciate seeing that.
