Hi all,.

I'm using DRV8301-69M-KIT supplying with 40V DC.

The motor that i use is ACIM without nameplate. I only knows the supply voltage 12V and connection diagram Y.

I have tried lab 2a(MotorWare) but I have stucked in MOTOR ID proccess(cannot evaluate the rated flux).

Generally, the motor does not spin with proper 5.0 Hz that i set in the USER.H and I think it does not use the proper algorithm

You may need the rated frequency, rated voltage of the motor to set a right USER_MOTOR_RATED_FLUX in user.h, and need rated current to set a right USER_MOTOR_RES_EST_CURRENT for identification. You'd better to use lab02c with a higher pwm frequency to identify the motor parameters if the Ls is very low.
Btw, you need to lock the rotor to identify the Rr and Ls.

Hi,

I know about the locked rotor... i tried instaSPIN-Motion few times and there was not problem.
rated frequency is 50Hz. (probably)
rated voltage is 12V line to line

Today I will try lab 02c and I will annons my result.

The result is a same...error.

The motor does not spin properly when RampUp starts.

it is very challenging to ID low voltage induction motors (especially if they are higher current / low inductance) with InstaSPIN-FOC. We have not had much success with any of these motors. If you have nameplate data you can calculate the values needed, otherwise this solution will not work for you.
